Lt. General Frank Libutti's distinguished military career spanned four decades until his retirement in 2001. Most recently, Lt. General Libutti has served as CEO for companies in the defense industry including Pegasus Global Solutions, Digital Fusion and The Rhino Group. He served as the Under Secretary (Four Star General equivalent) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection Directorate. Prior to this, he served as the New York City Police Department's First Deputy Commissioner of Counter-Terrorism.
